ITM 2009 will be the best of the exhibitions...

We believe that ITM 2009 will be good and it will be the brightest of the exhibitions organized in the last 2 years. The companies we represent exhibited in the exhibitions, which were held in the other countries; however they could not get the benefits they have expected and they were not pleased. Because, expected profits were not achieved in the textile exhibitions in China and India especially due to the stagnation in the Far Eastern countries. Still we are hopeful about the Turkish and Middle East markets. That is why we think that ITM 2009 will be successful. Because the visitors will also come from neighboring countries such as Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Syria and Iran, which are making investments to ITM 2009. If we consider that our sales to such countries as Uzbekistan, Egypt have increased in the recent period, we can say that Middle East countries will also have purchases in the exhibition.

ITM 2009 will be the best of the exhibitions organized in the last 2 years

Turkish investors were suffering about the exchange rates. Now the foreign currency has increased; I hope that its positive effects will be observed soon. During this crisis period that the countries are collapsing; Turkiye still tries to go ahead. Postponed investments will be increasingly realized, when this temporary crisis period becomes milder and we are able to see the future. I believe that this will also affect ITM 2009 Exhibition positively.
Also incentives will be offered next year for the investments to be made in Turkiye in the Eastern and South Eastern Anatolia. That is why, local producers are also postponing the renovation investments; Turkish investors will also make purchases about their technologies in the next year; thus they will buy machinery at ITM 2009 Exhibition.
